Post Graduate Education Fund
This commitee is about 20
years old and was created with the purpose of assisting members of the NSCP,
physiotherapists, to pursue further education related to their professional
interests and the development of the profession.

Peer Assessment
This is an active statutory
committee of the NSCP. It is responsible for reviewing the Standards of
Practice for the College and making recommendations for any revisions. It also
trains the Peer Assessors and reviews their reports and makes recommendations
concerning the sites reviewed.

Physiotherapy Support Workers
This is a non-statutory
Committee of the NSCP. It is responsible for reviewing and making
recommendations to the College on issues involving qualification and use of
Physiotherapy Support workers.

Complaints Investigation/Discipline
This is a statutory
committee of the College. It is responsible for the investigation, of each
complaint received in writing by the College, and also for determining the
resolution of each complaint.

Code of Ethics
This Ad-hoc committee was
set up to review our current Code and make recommendations for revisions. They
completed their mandate with the adoption, by the membership, of the new
Code of Ethics document in April.This committee was officially disbanded with the
formal introduction of the Code of Ethics document in October 2005.

group looking at continuing competency on behalf of the College
